The Facility includes sales offices, service and repair centers, and a state-of-the-art Laser Applications Laboratory. The Laser Applications Center is staffed with experts in laser material processing who operate the facility’s extensive array of CO2, infrared, green, and UV laser marking and micromachining laser workstations. The capabilities of this facility include marking and micromachining of steel, non-ferrous metals and alloys, inorganic non-metals, ceramic, diamond, silicon, and highly reflective non-ferrous metals and alloys. rubber, wood, phenolic plastic, ABS plastic, polyethylene plastic, polypropylene plastic, glass, and composite materials are also effectively processed with the CO2 infrared, green or UV Nd:YAG laser workstations. |

| This laser facility typically turns a customer’s laser application around within five days. All workstations are computer controlled and operated with Baublys-Control Laser, Quantronix, Synrad, or Control Systemation proprietary software. All workstations also incorporate either Synrad “all-metal”, sealed tube CO2 laser systems or Quantronix industrial-grade, solid-state Nd:YAG laser systems. |
